Your Responsibilities

• Drive innovation: Shape the strategic direction of our company and business units with your ideas - especially in the drying sector.
• Shape the future: Develop and manage the strategy for the motan and swift dryer product portfolio.
• Portfolio management: Take responsibility for the entire product portfolio using a top-down approach.
• Stay market-aware: Analyse competitors, create benchmarks, and identify trends.
• Coordinate and evaluate ideas and new product requirements.
• Prepare MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
• Project management: From project proposal to development monitoring – you keep scope, timing, and budget under control.
• Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate closely with development, production, sales, and marketing.
• Knowledge sharing: Independently prepare and conduct internal training sessions.
• Globally connected: Work in international project teams.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in product management and the plastics industry – ideally with technical know-how in plastics processing focusing on drying
• Product and market knowledge with a technical background
• Analytical and strategic skills, particularly in market and competitor analysis
• Good intuition for industry trends and innovations
• Flexibility, team spirit, communication skills, and interdisciplinary thinking
