Getting to know each other.

This is where our journey begins. We invite you to an initial interview where you will get to know the motan group, the position and our corporate culture. Our recruiters and potential team members look forward to finding out more about you and your professional expertise.

Get to know each other better

In the second round, you will have the opportunity to meet other colleagues from your future team on site. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and to go into more detail about your previous experience, while you gain a deeper insight into your potential position and the corporate culture.

Confirmation and onboarding

Congratulations! You have made it. After a successful selection phase, you will be officially invited to become part of our team. You will be supported by your new colleagues right from the start in an intensive starting phase. In order to immerse yourself in the motan group, our product world and our corporate culture, you will take part in our motan Start onboarding programme. You will also have the opportunity to get to know other new employees from our various locations.
