Specialist Audit & Controlling (m/f/d)

Through internal audits, in-depth analyses, and a strategic mindset, you will further develop business processes and actively help shape the future of the motan group!

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting internal audits as well as reviewing and evaluating the business processes of our group companies
  • Preparing audit reports, including identifying and assessing risks and deriving concrete recommendations for action
  • Supporting management in strategic and operational decision-making
  • Analyzing financial and business key figures
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and budget plans
  • Collaborating with external auditors
  • Actively contributing to the further development of our audit processes and structures
  • Participating in cross-departmental and selected strategic projects
  • Taking responsibility for ad-hoc topics and special analyses

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in internal audit and/or controlling is preferable
  • Strong analytical skills with an independent and structured working style
  • High affinity for numbers and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident appearance
  • Above-average commitment and strong team spirit
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
